Collaboration with CPA: Prepares books for tax filing and communicates with the accountant to reduce stress during tax time.

Email Management: Organizes and responds to messages, flags priorities, and maintains professionalism. Document Preparation: Drafts contracts, proposals, and reports efficiently and accurately. Client Onboarding: Sets up systems and forms to welcome new clients smoothly. Data Entry & File Organization: Keeps business information neat, accessible, and backed up. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Helps document recurring tasks to streamline operations and support team growth.

Lisa has 25+ years of experience in the office world as an administrative & executive assistant, accounting assistant, human resources, marketing, and meeting planning. After a mass layoff in 2014, she opened her virtual assistant business offering administrative assistance, meeting planning, and bookkeeping support, Due to Covid, Lisa closed her VA business along with many others due to the uncertain economy. She had another business she opened in 2018, providing off-leash dog hikes and doggie daycare in her home and she ran that business for a few years. She missed administrative work so she looked to see what opportunities were available. The economy was still unsteady so she decided to learn medical coding, going back to school and received her certification in May of 2022. Lisa landed a job in December 2022 and was very loyal for a couple of years. Ultimately, it was not a good fit schedule-wise with her family so she decided to reopen her VA business in February 2025 offering administrative assistance and bookkeeping services. Lisa is currently loving her new entrepreneurial life and is excited about what the future holds.
