Natural Ability: It comes naturally to me to empathize with others and show deep compassion and understanding. Instinctively, I recognize and respond to the needs and feelings of my clients while fostering connection and trust. In addition, I have an innate ability to uplift and inspire simultaneously.
How I Serve: I help people with digestive issues and work on solutions to help specifically with constipation. I help uncover the emotional aspect of what’s going on with their gut beyond the physical causes and symptoms.
Biography: In my late teens and twenties I suffered from chronic constipation and diverticulosis. I also experienced trauma during my childhood because my mother had extreme borderline personality disorder. My wellness journey began when I discovered colon hydrotherapy and cleansing. It helped me to unravel those layers of digestive problems and this journey has led me to uncover deeper meaning to true inner and outer health. Throughout the years, I have learned to integrate several complementary modalities within my healing process incorporating writing and journaling.
